We are now looking for the right person to join our team in the Customers Directorate who can exhibit our values, commitment and motivation to make a positive difference across our districts.

This role will be key to helping to supporting our Digital and Customer Transformation agenda across the Councils. You will work closely with the Corporate Manager for Customer Operations and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our website is accessible and user friendly to drive customers to interact with our Councils online. You will be responsible for supporting with the development of a new intranet site to ensure information is disseminated and work closely with officers accountable for making changes on the web, to ensure they have sufficient knowledge and skills to carry out their roles effectively.

You will be based at our modern, air-conditioned head office in Ipswich, with a range of facilities and excellent travel links.
