Are you interested in becoming a Chartered Surveyor?
Can you balance the time and effort of working and studying and still be great at both?
This apprenticeship has been created to deal with a greater need for specialist commercial property skills within the Corporate Property Team, to support the ongoing needs of managing a large and complex commercial estate.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding professional career in commercial real estate within an enthusiastic and proactive team in a large organisation; where you will actively participate in a structured programme of apprenticeship training to gain a degree and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
The level of responsibility and complexity of work will increase as your knowledge and skill increases. The level of supervision will also reduce appropriately over the training period.
For an informal discussion, please contact Andrew Brown on 07770 647057.
