  • £25,332 pro rata from 35 hours per week, (£20,266 pa).
  • 28 hpw (with the possibility of full time hours)

We are looking for a capable individual to coordinate and provide support for refugees arriving in Suffolk under the UK Government’s resettlement programme.

Based in Ipswich, you must have a proven track record of working with external agencies, experience of managing different caseloads and working in a busy public facing environment, knowledge of the UK benefits system, an awareness of the needs of refugees and asylum seekers, and an ability to successfully provide advice and guidance to vulnerable adults.

You must be approachable and enthusiastic, with the ability to manage difficult and sensitive situations. Ideally you will be fluent in both Arabic and English.

You will be required to have an enhanced DBS check to be carried out upon commencement of employment. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
