The Suffolk District and Borough Councils in Suffolk have been awarded some Government funding to tackle problems in the private rented sector linked to poor energy efficiency, which if not tackled leads to cold homes that are expensive to heat. East Suffolk Council is leading on the Energy Efficiency Project and has an opportunity for an enthusiastic person with excellent IT skills to support us. The project will run until the end of March 2022.

We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent organisational skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for recording and processing data, organising mail outs, answering calls and emails from landlords, tenants and professionals and providing general office support. We need someone who is self-reliant and motivated and has the ability to work from home as well as from our offices. We are looking to start the successful candidate in September.
