We have an opportunity for an HR Support Officer to join our small friendly team.  Working alongside our two current Support Officers, you will provide HR administrative support and be a first point of contact for internal and external HR enquiries. Your role will be very varied, including providing administrative support to the recruitment and selection process, managing the new starter and leaver processes, and making payroll changes.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, the majority of our teams are working from home and there are strict social distancing measures in place for the limited number of staff working from our offices. This role will be based mainly from home given the increasingly digital customer interactions. So, what are we looking for?  You must enjoy teamwork, have excellent organisational and customer service skills, and be committed to building and maintaining good relationships with our customers.  You should also be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and have an aptitude for IT and HR systems.  It is essential that you have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment, ideally within the HR field.
