Following a recent staff restructure, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Waste and Street Scene Services Team for two Compliance and Performance Officers to improve local environmental quality in West Suffolk.
You will be responsible for responding to a wide range of issues including waste and recycling, litter, fly-tipping and abandoned vehicles and will assist in the delivery of projects to improve performance and customer outcomes.
This is a varied and challenging role and we are looking for a strong team player who is well organised with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly self-motivated and capable of developing effective relationships with service users and external stakeholders.
