During your apprenticeship you will receive ongoing training, new work-based experiences and ongoing support to enable you to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the efficient delivery of services within the Housing and Home Care Team within Strategic Planning and Resources.
You will develop the skills and qualities needed to provide effective and efficient administrative support for an online portal holding a waiting list for supported housing services, maintaining and updating database records and carrying out general office activities, including financial administration and arranging meetings.
There will be opportunities to meet with partner agencies who provide support for vulnerable people, and other stakeholders.
The Apprenticeship includes a fully funded and supported Level 3 Business Administration qualification, with an accredited apprenticeship provider.
