A fantastic opportunity to work across the Suffolk System in the Localities and Partnerships, Community Safety Team. You will work with partners across the public sector system as well as the third sector and occasionally members of the public.
You will be an enthusiastic problem solver that can use your skills to support the work of the Community Safety Team in the workstreams of:
- Gangs and County Lines
- Hate Crime
- Online Safety
- Domestic Homicide Reviews.
You will be responsible for delivering distinct projects to help support the priorities of the Safer Stronger Communities Group and the Localities and Partnerships Team. You will be self-motivated, relish a challenge, be flexible and adaptable and capitalise on opportunities to support our objectives.
Able to be based anywhere, to deal with a diverse range of service areas and work with multiple partners (internal and external), you will bring a suite of skills and knowledge which is transferable and be used flexibly to meet need.
You will undertake research, create reports, present to stakeholders, build relationships and maintain partnership groups, prepare conferences and events and other tasks to support the delivery of the Localities and Partnerships team objectives.
