OneLife Suffolk are commissioned by Suffolk County Council to deliver the Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service across the county.

We work every day to help people make healthy behaviour changes in an accessible, friendly and fun way. We know that one size does not always fit all, and that is why we have developed our own psychologically informed services to encourage our clients to make healthy choices that we are confident they can maintain.

We are non-judgemental and take pride in all our services which include Stop Smoking Clinics, weight management for adults and children, encouraging increased levels of physical activity, taking health walks and offering NHS Health Checks.

Due to the expansion of OneLife Suffolk, we need to recruit to a number of new posts so that we can continue delivering amazing services to Suffolk residents - after all, we are here to serve our local community.

This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with our teams delivering our Tier 2 and Tier 3 Child Weight Management Services. You will take the lead on service delivery and work closely with your service leads to deliver the outcomes required by our contract.

Working with children is never dull. Your teams will be delivering services in community settings, within schools and sometimes within the home environment. An informed understanding of children and young people's services would definitely be an advantage, but it is your skills and enthusiasm that are important and if you are up to the challenge, we are happy to talk to you.

This is very much an operational management role. Managing multiple services is always a challenge, but you will be working alongside an amazing group of peers and together you will be a robust team.

You will directly manage two service leads and will be accountable for ensuring local young people have access to amazing behaviour change services. You will play an integral role as a member of the management team and be the organisational expert for your own services. You will have high standards and be unapologetic about this. Our teams are amazing and very ambitious.

If you are looking for a new challenge and are passionate about the health of your local community and can fulfil the requirements of the Job Description and Person Specification, it would be great if you applied.

OneLife Suffolk may bring forward the closing date if sufficient numbers of appropriate candidates apply.
