Suffolk Family Carers is an innovative and creative charity, recognised nationally as the overall GSK Impact Award winner 2019. We work in partnership with over 100 organisations to deliver a range of services that impact positively on the lives of adult, young adult and young carers.

As a Support Programmes Facilitator you will have previous experience delivering and evaluating training and will be working with colleagues to maintain, develop and deliver information, education and training programmes to family carers across Suffolk, ensuring that feedback is gathered and evaluated to further develop training.

You will be able to travel to and from sessions and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire others. You will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in a group setting.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in a busy motivated team on an ever-evolving project which gives such great benefits to family carers across the county. This role gives the post holder the opportunity to further develop skills in facilitation, communication and creativity, in an organisation that is transparent and values driven.

Suffolk Family Carers is located on a rural business park, easily accessible from the A14 and 4 miles from Ipswich.
There is flexibility around working hours as well as attractive employee benefits available to all staff. We hold staff and volunteers in high regard, listen and enable them to flourish and see their good ideas through to fruition.

*Increasing to £25,295 pro rata if you hold a Who's in Charge? and / or Mental Health First Aid Instructor qualification.
