The Network Assurance team have a vacancy for a Highways Licencing Officer to work within the team, processing applications, payments and licences for skips, scaffolds and other activities on the public highway.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated multitasker, who enjoys a busy schedule and working to tight deadlines. You will provide exceptional customer service and work closely with colleagues, contractors, utilities and members of the public to ensure licenced activities are coordinated and compliant.

Accurate computer and data entry skills along with excellent telephone manner and team working are an absolute must, as well as prioritising tasks and managing your own workload.
