Do you want to be a part of the delivery and roll out of the new Homelessness Reduction Act 2017?
Can you work creatively and collaboratively to prevent homelessness wherever possible?
Do you have the knowledge and ability to advise households and landlords to prevent homelessness occurring?
Do you have experience of making decisions under the Housing Act 1996 and understand the legal tests which need to be followed?
Do you like working on your own initiative but also as part of a team?
Do you have experience of Welfare Benefits, including Universal Credit?
If yes, then you could be part of the team which will be responsible for delivering the new duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. This is a really exciting time to be working in homelessness and a great opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic dedicated team.
