Position 1 – 37 hpw - HR Helpdesk
Position 2 – 22.2 hpw - HR Transactional Support (3 days Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
We have two opportunities to join the HR Support Team, providing help to employees on a variety of HR matters, offering essential customer service and providing transactional support. This post sits within a busy helpdesk involving HR, Payroll and Recruitment queries from a range of customers via phone and email. You will be responsible for maintaining three busy mailboxes along with being the first point of contact for customer calls.
This post sits within the transactional support side of the team covering 5 directorates providing a range of HR support. This role includes processing contracts and new starters with strict deadlines, changes to terms and conditions and leavers. You will also support customers by answering queries via webchat which is fast becoming a popular way to contact HR.
The HR environment changes swiftly and your ideas will be valued in both the HR Support Team and the wider HR team.
