We are looking for someone who will make sure HR get the basics right, first time, every time. Is that you?
Leading our HR Support Team, you will have a clear focus on delivering effective, efficient and valued services; ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and use the most appropriate channel.
- lead a team ensuring priorities, objectives and expectations are clearly communicated, and robust performance management and staff development is embedded
- be the first point of contact for help, support and issues
- develop our HR self-service capabilities to the benefit of our customers and HR
- lead resources effectively when demands on the service are high.
You will actively manage people, systems and processes within the team, working closely with colleagues and customers, to deliver consistent and straightforward solutions.
Naturally motivated to find the best approaches both for customers and the business, your focus will be on how we can develop and improve, so our customers can concentrate on what is important to them.
