We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our small but busy team. You will be an organised team player with a positive outlook and a desire to help others.
You will possess a minimum level 3 qualification in Human Resources Management and have strong IT, communication and customer service skills. You will be keen to learn and develop.
This role sits within the central division and is part of the HR team. You will work with employees across all divisions of Realise Futures.
You will support the business with HR advice specifically with performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures as directed by the HR Manager following company policy.
In this role, you will:
- co-ordinate the company CPD programme
- support the HR Manager with all aspects of employee engagement
- review and analyse employee information
- accurately record and maintain data within the HR system.

* rising to £19,800 pro rata upon successful completion of probation period.
