Suffolk County Council legal services, (Suffolk Legal) has had a renowned advocacy service for Children’s Services for several years and we have decided that the time has arrived for that centre of excellence to be expanded.
Our service covers a depth and breadth of legal disciplines and we aim to provide the council with the benefit of internal expertise covering for example the inherent jurisdiction, court of protection, tribunals (e.g. SEND/Disability), civil/enforcement litigation and family courts.
We invite advocates with an expansive legal knowledge and experience across a number of legal disciplines to apply.
You will be expected to hit the ground running, and in return you will be exposed to interesting, dynamic and exciting legal work for a dedicated professional client.
You will join the existing advocacy team and we are open to hearing from all legal professionals, from the newly qualified to barristers looking for a new challenge.
We trust that we can meet your visions and your desires to work with a committed and business focused legal team.
