The Schools Infrastructure Team in Suffolk County Council has two vacancies to cover the Maternity and Secondment of our Technical Coordinators for up to 12 months.
The posts provide technical information needed to commission school expansion and new build projects and to manage our school sites.
The post holders will:
- review school site information
- prepare initial briefs and commission mandates for new schools, expansions, refurbishments and other education capital projects
- advise on leases and licences and other education site related matters
- have excellent attention to detail
- have an ability to manipulate and analyse technical data
Both posts are available immediately.
