A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our Business Management Team working within Adult Community Services.
There is no age limit on being an apprentice and we offer a fully funded and supported Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Alongside this you will gain valuable work-based skills from day one, generous annual leave entitlements and high street discount scheme.
You will play a key role within the team focusing on information governance and supporting the investigation of data breaches and you will also gather information held by the council which has been requested by the public and organisations.

In addition to the tasks outlined in the job and person profile you will assist with the day to day Information Governance work within the council. This includes collating requests which have been submitted under Freedom of Information and other requests for information (like Subject Access Requests and security and police requests for information).
This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but on occasions there may be a requirement for you to travel using reasonable and suitable means available to you and agreed by the authority.
