We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable person with a good work ethic to join our Early Years team in the nursery class, working within a supportive, friendly team.
You should have practical experience and good communication and written language skills to support the learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (aged 3 - 5 years). Some work will involve supporting SEND pupils and liaising with parents.
We offer the opportunity to work in a large, successful school with enthusiastic children in a stimulating, friendly learning environment. We have supportive staff, parents and governors and a dedicated Early Years facility. The nursery offers Forest School nursery sessions in our wooded area. Experience of Forest Schools would be an advantage, but you must be prepared to be outside for sessions in all weathers.
A requirement for the role is a relevant level 3 Early Years qualification and GCSE (or equivalent) grade A - C in mathematics, English and science. Please only apply if you meet these criteria.
Please see the job description and person specification for further details of the role.
