We are seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to join our wonderful team here at Hillside, where we are part of the Active Learning Trust (ALT). You will be based in either KS1 or KS2 and will be a key person in these teams. You will be expected to help plan and prepare lessons and then deliver these lessons to small groups of children, sometimes helping particular individuals. We would expect you to have high expectations for every child and an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the primary curriculum.
You will be enthusiastic, friendly and enjoy building successful relationships with staff and pupils alike. In your application, please outline the reasons you as an individual, would contribute to our teaching, learning and growing success here at Hillside.
