29 hpw, 8.50am - 12.15pm, 1.15pm - 3.20pm with 30 mins lunch time supervision (3 times per week), Monday - Friday, 38 weeks a year (term time only).

Fixed term contract until the end of the academic year (but could potentially continue).

Required ASAP.

Based at Fairfield Infant School, though contracts are issued across the Federation of Fairfield Infant and Colneis Junior. Staff appointed to either of the schools may be required on a temporary or permanent basis, to carry out part of or the whole of their duties at either or both schools. Although we are two schools we work in collaboration and are one happy and hardworking team.

You will be committed to inspiring and supporting children to learn and achieve. You will also be flexible and adaptable and have very good communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.

The post is that of a general teaching assistant combined with some 1:1 SEN support and will include some lunch time cover. Experience of working with children that have additional needs is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

Minimum requirements: 5 A*- C with English and maths.
