At Castle Manor Academy we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our main office team. This role has a busy and varied workload, providing administrative support for HR, our new SEND unit, and for parents’ evenings, as well as being fully involved in general school admin, reprographics, attendance, first aid and supporting both staff and students throughout the school day.

It is essential that you have good literacy and numeracy skills, with a GCSE equivalent in English and mathematics, and experience of HR administration would be desirable, although full training will be given.

You will need to be able to work effectively and proactively as part of a team, enjoy working with a wide range of people, and be good at seeing and solving problems under their own initiative.

*£10,568 - £12,140 pa.
