This is a great opportunity to join a friendly administration team and HR colleagues, you will provide HR administrative support to the college encompassing the whole employee lifecycle.

You will be involved with:

  • informing payroll / HR of all staff changes using appropriate methods of communication
  • inputting of data to maintain staff records
  • processing payroll claims
  • assisting with pre employment checks
  • processing and recording a variety of staff returns and documentation.

You will have administrative or HR experience, ideally gained within a school or education environment. You must have a high attention to detail, experience of using and maintaining HR systems is desirable, excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be flexible and adaptable when needed.
