35 hpw, 40 weeks per year; term time plus 2 weeks (including 5 PD days). Flexible working available.

Ormiston Denes is a thriving and ambitious academy, rapidly moving towards Ofsted Outstanding. We place a high value on staff development, both in teaching and leadership, and we are looking for a committed, talented individual to join our team of science technicians.

In this role you will be working in a fully staffed, supportive department, including a senior science technician, a head of department, two seconds in department, and a helpful senior leadership team (SLT), keen to see science prosper. In this role you will support the senior science technician with the efficient operation of all technical matters with the science department. Preparing, organising and maintaining materials and equipment. You will need to be enthusiastic, adaptable and a committed individual, with a flexible approach to your work and be willing to undertake a range of duties within the department.
