We require two site managers to join our proactive site team. You will play a key role in ensuring that the college buildings, facilities, site services and lettings programmes are maintained and operated to specific standards under the direction of the Finance and Facilities Manager.

You will work a weekly shift pattern with the other site managers to maintain the security of the college site(s) including 'on-call' duties day or night in the event of an emergency.

As part of the facilities team you will provide site maintenance and ensure that building projects are undertaken efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact with school contractors and interpret information or situations to resolve varied problems.
Thurston Community College is a thriving mixed comprehensive secondary school in a beautiful rural location. Our bespoke Sixth Form is based on a separate site in nearby Beyton. You may be required to work at either site.
