Unity Schools Partnership, a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) with 25 schools currently, are seeking a Senior IT Technician to deliver technical support to primary and secondary schools across the trust, based at Sybil Andrews Academy in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We are seeking a customer service focused individual who is capable of liaising with school staff and offering an excellent ICT support service.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, diagnosis and problem resolution of issues affecting IT hardware and peripherals, operating systems, wired and wireless networks. You will be providing technical assistance to teachers, students and staff both outside and inside the classroom. Ensuring that all IT support processes are adhered to and a high level of service within the schools is maintained.

Travel between schools will be required you must either hold a full and current driving licence and have access to personal transport or meet the mobility requirements of the role through other reasonable and suitable means.
Schools are located mainly in Suffolk or the boarders of Essex and Cambridge.
