This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in one of the newly created MASH Practitioner roles. Working alongside Consultant Social Workers, Social Workers and various partner agencies in the fast paced and dynamic MASH environment, you will support callers to the professional consultation line, provide advice and guidance to parents and children, and also determine the outcomes for contacts received by the MASH.
You should have great communication skills, enjoy a fast-paced working environment, and have experience of supporting children and families. You should also have resilience and experience of working in a pressured environment where timescales are important.
