This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team who provide on-site support for adults with mental health issues. We support people to identify and use their strengths to help manage the things in life they find difficult and thereby promote recovery and independence.

You will be provided with full induction and relevant training to enable you in your role as a Support Worker, and you will be joining a supportive and caring team.

Applicants will be required to have an excellent record of working independently and as part of a team, as well as working collaboratively with service users and partner agencies in the community. You will have a high level of motivation, resilience and IT literacy and be committed to delivering top quality services.

We provide staffing round the clock, 7 days a week. At night there is one person providing waking night cover from 10.30pm to 7.30am. We operate a managers advice line 24/7 for support and guidance when needed.

We are looking for staff to undertake 35 hours a week, working an average of 3.5 nights per week.

Waking night shifts are: 9.45pm – 7.45am the following day (this attracts an additional payment of £15 per night in addition to the payment for working hours).

We offer a full induction and relevant training to work within a supportive team environment.

The next training cycle begins on the 12 April 2021 and this will be the start date for you.
