We have fantastic opportunities for experienced Team Leaders who love variety, to join our Extra Care Teams.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide a senior presence at night across our Extra Care Schemes; as part of this you will be expected to travel to any one of our Schemes. This role is key to ensuring all staff team are supported and that we are providing flexible and responsive cover to our services at night. You will work closely with the Service Manager and other Team Leaders to ensure an excellent night service is delivered to our customers. You will lead a team through support and supervisions and promote their development by ensuring their training needs are met.

About You

You will hold or be working towards a QCF Level 3, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care and have demonstratable experience in delivering the highest quality care and support.

You will be willing to undertake further ongoing relevant training. And it is essential that you have knowledge of the essential standards of quality and safety with regards to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activity) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission (registration) Regulations 2009.
