Are you motivated by supporting people to develop their potential and working for and with the community you live in?
We want you to bring your enthusiasm, knowledge and skills to our Family Learning provision where you can add value to existing partnerships with children's centres and schools as well as exploring new opportunities across Suffolk.
You will be passionate about engaging parental involvement in children's learning and development; have professional expertise in Early Years or Family English, Maths and Language and be an experienced qualified tutor. We are looking for someone with a proactive and flexible approach, a love of teaching and a solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation and/or the Primary School Curricula.
Key aspects of this role include engaging with partner organisations in setting up provision, supervision of a small number of tutors, as well as delivering some courses yourself. You will be motivated by fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. You will be actively supported to promote the Learning in Families offer in order to make that positive impact on families in our county.
