Various hours are available. Our services start at 7am and finish around 10pm. Due to the nature of our service some alternate weekend work is also required.

Are you looking for a rewarding career with a company that is passionate about the service it provides? If so, look no further.

At St Elizabeth Care Agency, our aim is to provide high-quality, tailor-made services to clients living in their own homes. We support individuals from the age of 18 who, for various reasons, are unable to manage some aspects of their daily lives or access the community. We currently provide services in Woodbridge, Ipswich, Felixstowe and surrounding areas.

St Elizabeth Care Agency was awarded a rating of 'Outstanding' from the Care Quality Commission in 2018, who have identified that we go above and beyond when supporting clients and their families. With all new clients receiving a minimum visit time of an hour, you can be sure to have adequate time to deliver a bespoke service.

Due to our continuing growth we are looking to expand our team of Home Carers.

Benefits for our Home Carers:

  • competitive salary
  • paid mileage
  • a fulfilling and rewarding role making a difference every day
  • full induction, training and on-going support
  • shadowing and client introductions
  • free uniform, handbook and toolkit
  • regular supervision, team meetings and 24/7 support
  • career progression including QCF and the Care Certificate.

You do not need to have experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications. We are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Home Carer.

Due to the nature of the role a full clean driving license with business class 1 insurance is essential.

All profits made by the agency are donated to the hospice to further its work to improve the lives for people living with a progressive illness.

If you think you have what it takes to be an excellent Home Carer, we would love to hear from you.

For an application pack or further information, please email: gemma.clover@stelizcare.co.uk or telephone (01473) 707900.

Immediate interviews available.
