Our Fostering and Adoption Service has recently been rated by Ofsted as “Outstanding”.
You will support the team in assessing, preparing, and matching prospective adoptive parents across the county. The role also involves family finding for our harder to place children.
You will demonstrate innovative practice to match our ambition to positively affect outcomes for all vulnerable children. As a creative social worker, skilled in placement planning and with an ability to meet the challenges, your focus on high quality service provision will promote sustainable changes for children.
Flexibility and a passion to further build and develop on our success is key in supporting a strong ethos of performance and development across the service.
