Our Wymondham Leisure had over 4.5 million invested in 2016 ensuring our facilities are some of the best in the area, each week we run over 50 classes and our swimming classes have waiting lists due to their popularity and we continue to want to offer more. Our Leisure Assistant team ensure the poolside area is kept safe for all our users and gives you the ability to develop within the leisure industry.

What you will be doing:
- Supervising the pool area
- Setting up activities within the centre
- Assisting with show rounds from the public and schools
- Ensuring the centre is well run and ready for business.
You must have:
A RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - however we run courses every 6 – 7 weeks so there is always the opportunity to train with our team to get this qualification before you start with us! You must also either have or be prepared to complete a First Aid qualification. Previous experience in a leisure centre is essential, with good concentration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our customers.
Our teams work across our 3 leisure centres so need to be able to have their own means transport and enjoy this flexible working style.
