SENDAT is a Multi Academy Trust focusing provision for a range of complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Priory School, a founder member of SENDAT is an academy special school, judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in November 2018. Priory currently has 189 places including 23 residential places. The age range is 5-18 years.

We seek an enthusiastic and inspirational Art / DT Teacher who can lead and deliver high quality Art / DT teaching to our students across all Key Stages, all of whom have complex SEND.

Applications from NQTs who wish to develop their career and have the potential to grow quickly into a Leadership role within a Special Needs environment will be welcome.

SENDAT has a strong ethos for developing core literacy and numeracy whilst promoting independence and work-related skills. We offer professional training and development to enhance your knowledge and understanding of SEND, professional mentoring and small teaching groups.
